The Agreement defines the necessary terms, sets the equivalents of the classification marking used by the Parties, the procedure of their amendment or cancellation, exchange and treatment of classified information, settlement of disputed issues, and competent bodies responsible for implementation of the Agreement.
Under the Agreement, the Parties are obliged to protect the obtained and commonly created classified information in line with the domestic law and this Agreement. Classified information exchanged between the Parties shall be used only for the purposes preconditioned before the exchange.
